yeah but iv extracted the files in WinRAR, gone cstrike and pressed ok several times. it still doesnt work.
is there a program ur pc needs 2 identifiy the files used to use the skins?

You have to extract the files in WinRAR to your steam account then go to Counterstrikesource then cstrike and then press ok... and it should work
