well, it could be considered highly insulting, but some people like to take the term lightly, its like telling myself im an idiot for not thinking of the idea before. making retard not seem as insulting...unless used against someone that is actually retarded.

Could you please tell me what you mean by the word " retard ".I've seen it mentioned so many times on US mail return comments to you tube. Here in the UK the word retard is highly insulting. ( Just wondered ?? )
