you really shouldnt work out your abs everyday, when you workout your just breaking down your muscles. you need rest to build them back up. also abs mainly come from diet, its about 65/35 diet/workout. this works just dont overdo it and eat BK everyday

wow my abs are so sore. should I skip a day so as not to overwork them? Is it possible to injure the ab muscles if i keep doing the exercise even though it's really sore?

You should just keep doing them. Do chest exkekises every day so you don't really pull a muscle..but, thats kind of what you need to do..tche pain let's you know your doing something. Do the push ups till you can't do the no more, till the point where you kcow it's enough but, not overboard.

yes. thing is you need to listen to what your body's telling you. if they feel sore but not unworkable, do it again the next day. if not skip a day and elt them rest. diet is important too, be sure to eat some high protein food like meat or egg within 15 minutes of completing this workout. this helps your muscle recover faster as well and speeds up the muscle building process.
